The architecture and the location of Chateau Copsa follow the canon of castles from the early Middle Ages – an impressive stone building on an elevation, with habitable oval towers at the four ends of the main body.

The project is work of the famous Bulgarian architect Zheko Tilev. The rough stone facade is in contrast to the sophisticated interior. Sense of eternity – Murano crystal designer chandeliers, plush and silk from Florentine fabricators, antique decorations, massive oak furniture, Zimbabwe green and black marble, Egyptian cotton bedding and, most importantly, the spirit of the Minkov family.

We hope the atmosphere and every detail we have thought out in Chateau Copsa’s restaurant, contributes to the full enjoyment of your senses. The restaurant has sixty guest accommodations. All meals are prepared at the time of your wish, with only fresh products according to the season. What you should definitely try are our suggestions for freshly caught game dishes.

The wine list is limited and presented only with the rich variety selection of Chateau Copsa wine. Only the guests of Chateau Copsa have the opportunity to taste our limited special wines and harvests, exhausted on the market.

Chateau Copse’s own vineyards are 50 hectares, located in the heart of the Rose Valley. This wine-rich micro area, sheltered between the southern slopes of Stare Planning and Sedan Gora, is extremely favorable for cultivation of high-quality varieties of white wine. The intense aromas of rose array and lavender fields; the constant movement of air masses, the mild climate provided by the two mountains surrounding the valley  – all this contributes to the unique terroir of the area.
